そりゃあ「一滴」ごとの提供になりますね。
私の周りで見かける、そして購入できる価格帯のものは「バルサミコ酢に似せたワインビネガー」ということなんでしょうか。
充分美味しいので個人的にはまあ良いかな？と思うんですが、本家本元を守る意味で、呼称はちょっと変えた方が良いのかもしれませんね。
理由は単純明快！「少ないコストでしっかり楽しく学べるから」。
